Is the order delivered as quickly for all payment methods?

When you place an order we take into consideration the moment the payment is received. If we receive the payment on a working day before 3 p.m. the ordered item is dispatched the same day. The item will then be delivered within 24 hours if you are resident in Europe. If payment is received before 3 p.m. on Friday, the package will only be delivered on Monday.

In certain cases it may take longer before the package reaches you, as a result of customs checks, strikes or other logistical issues. In these circumstances you will be alerted by e-mail and provided with an explanation.

When the package is shipped you will always receive a tracking code that you can use to follow the shipment. FedEx will also keep you informed by e-mail about the expected delivery time and any problems.
