Systematic procedure for exchanging and returning items

If you wish to return ordered items you must follow the steps outlined below:

1. Within 14 days of receiving your order you must confirm by mail that you wish to return the piece, and also state the reason why.
2. The item must be sent back to Juwelen Haesevoets within seven (7) days of sending this mail.
3. When sending the item back you must also communicate the tracking number of the shipment by mail.
4. When we receive the item we will inspect it for any damage or traces of use. If any is detected the item will not be accepted and the customer is responsible for arranging for the item to be returned to him or her. If we receive the item in perfect condition, we will send you a cancellation confirmation by e-mail. The amount paid will also be returned to you within 30 days.
